Creating Instagram Automation Tool

I want to create a website/tool like this one: https://boostgram.com/

While I'm pretty good at the digital marketing / social media part, I'm pretty ignorant to how to set up such a website in a way that everything is automated (a panel where the customer can enter hashtags, location etc. that he'd like the bot to follow in his instagram account).

Anyone here capable of creating something like that? Or even a ready product that I'd only have to create the website and start marketing it?

By the way, my target audience would be my country (non-english speaking), if that's somehow relevant.

There are some public scripts for sale on codecanyon. Some are "next post" and "gram easy". I believe the second one was shared in Member Downloads on BHW, look for it.
