Creating Instagram accounts using proxies w/ browser?

Is this an okay way to make accounts? Put a proxy in google chrome, go to Instagram.com and create 5 accounts, then put in another proxy and create 5 accounts to that proxy. Repeat with all proxies. Then put the accounts in FL with the proxies they were made with. Does this method work? I've seen many way more complicated methods to creat accounts but why does this simple method never get mentioned?

Should be okay if you use private proxies, not shared / public proxies.
