Hello, everyone!

I have a competitor who does a Google My Business action that I can't imagine how it works.

He simply creates hundreds of profiles for the same company with addresses in every neighborhood in the city, even though the company only has one real address.

I've managed to take down a few listings, but it's very aggressive, with hundreds of different neighborhoods.

A curious fact is that I managed to become the owner of the listing, which wasn't validated.

The email address there is @google.com, there's no phone number, practically nothing.

They convert through the Google website, which has the customer's WhatsApp button.

It's insane! The only thing I've heard is that it's an English software, but I don't know if that's true.

Has anyone seen anything like it or know what it is?

Yeah, it's a known tactic. People use fake addresses and tools to mass-create listings. It can work short-term but usually gets flagged over time.

Usually they grab cheap residential addresses from public records, set up hundreds of listings fast, and push WhatsApp or direct lead forms before anyone notices.

Sim, é uma tática conhecida. As pessoas usam endereços e ferramentas falsas para criar anúncios em massa. Pode funcionar a curto prazo, mas geralmente é sinalizado com o tempo.
Do you know the name of the tool or software that does this?

Could be a custom stack built on top of old Local Viking methods. Some still use forked versions with API access. Seen setups with MassPage, aged gmails, private proxies, and scripts that auto-spin GMBs with scraped data.
