Creating Hotmail accounts. What do i need? (help appreciated!!)

It it expensive? I need 10000 asap.

I would buy them but i have trust issues. I don't want them to know the password and since i don't have the time to change 10k passwords, i'd rather make them by myself

So far i figured out that i'm going to need

1) hmailcreator

2) private proxies

3) decaptcher

but how much will it cost me to get this done asap?

one private proxy means i can create 3 accounts every 10 minutes, right? ... kinda slow.

Just buy them, if is $4 for a 1000, for sure you get a bulk discount, so you looking at around the $30. How much do you value the many hours you are going to deal with the hassle of creating them yourself, along with captcha solving etc.
