    Hi all,

Does anyone know of any authority domains (e.g. .gov or .edu) which allow you to create your own blog there on a sub-domain for example?

I am sure there are some sites like this around, but have yet to find them.

    Thanks!

No, you can comment on the blogs published by academic/gov't departments (which people do to get backlinks), but unless you are a university student with some kind of access to publish on a .edu domain, you can't make your own blog.

Are there students who offer their blogs for sale?

Actually, it depends of administrator of that site.
I'm sure that there are some that are not fully administered and that would allow you to start your own blog without being a member of their community.
