Creating Google ads accounts

I'm planning to create new google ads soon. I'm learning a lot from the threads here. Things are different back when it was still Adsense.
 
Yes you can still create google ads account and use it.

Once you have high quality static residential proxies and anti detect browsers, that leaves the payment source. Use a reputable VCC
 
I use the same vcc over and over to create different accounts, our businesses may be different and I only use it once per account
 
I have friend, they work with gambling, registered an agency MCC and work themselves, they don't need to pay 5-10% to another agencies, they have own accounts) It's probably the best solution. I can find out if they can help, but the price will be from 10-20k- I don't know how much at the monent, and if they can do it.
 
Creating a personal account is cumbersome Very long time from creation to use Enterprise accounts are better suited for advertising business That's what I'm suggesting.
 
With the current personal accounts, there are two problems.

1. Suspicious payments 2. Limit of $20 per day.
 
I'm afraid you might need to use anti-detect browser & static proxies for it to work
