creating german smm site

Hello guys,
I would like to create my own smm panel. I know that there are a lot of smm scripts that you can buy but I would need a script where the language isn't english. Is it possible to translate these scripts to german or do you have any ideas how I could build a german smm panel? Thanks in advance
