I’m trying to upload a list of phone numbers to create a custom audience for my FB campaigns. I’ve seen some people say it works better than emails, but I’m not sure about formatting or match rate.
Has anyone done this recently? Any tips to make sure the audience actually matches people on Facebook without wasting budget?

In my experience, phone numbers actually get a higher match rate than emails, also the location matters

There’s no guarantee that it will truly match. Some users use email addresses to create accounts, while others use phone numbers. However, with phone numbers, your audience data is much closer to the target customers you’re aiming for. Most genuine Facebook accounts are verified with their real phone numbers.
