Creating DC Proxies and finding unbanned subnets

Hello,
so I want to create my own datacenter proxies. I've tried to binge the topic as much as I can and got a pretty good grasp of it so far, however a topic that is beyond me is that of subnets. I want to use the proxies on a website which tends to ban whole subnets instead of single proxies, I've understood so far that in order to check on which subnet a proxy is I need the subnet mask and then check which part of the IP is the network ID and which the host ID. For example for the IP 87.79.111.78/24 the IP would belong to subnet .111 of the (super?)network 87.79

Now, when I look for a VPS provider, how do I know which subnets and how many they use, and if they are banned on the website I want to use them for? What do I do if I rent a VPS for a month and on the first day the whole subnet gets banned? Do providers usually supply new subnets then or would I need to change the provider?

You are better off thinking about the whole IP class 87.79.111 for this issue.

You can't really pick what ip you want from a provider, usually given at random. What you can do is buy/rent an ip block and use those ips to make proxies
