I have been using this for a couple weeks now, but this is one of the easiest way to create a PLR/Report/Document to download.

Google Docs now support text to speech on all their documents in multiple languages. I have only tested this in english but they have other languages that is worth testing.

Click Tools, Voice Typing and select your language.

Game changer if you dont feel like typing. You might need to edit the text for grammar corrections, this tool still saves hours of work if you create alot of content

So, this is basically the free version of dragon naturally speaking
 
My favourite when taking down ideas and notes. I used to record my thoughts using my phone - weird but it works.
 
dragon naturally speaking - is a better suggestion; it has a pretty high accuracy and buying a good mic around 30-40$ can help you churn out a ton of articles.

but google docs can be used if you are on a budget.
