I am from Southeastern Europe and I use US RDP and while creating account on Clickbank it ask for US Phone number and Address, State..
Should I use US fake address and number?

How about not use Clickbank at all? It's almost impossible to be profitable, choose something else.

You can easily purchase US phone number and virtual addresses that you can use.
