Creating bot followers/retweets/likes for selling

Does anyone here know how to create mass accounts of twitter/instagram/facebook and then selling those as followers/retweets/likes etc to others? I mean, how is it done?
How do these people create them?

Yeah, I keep seeing those threads around on different forums where people/companies wants to sell mass followers,retweets,likes etc to people. Seems like an nice thing to sell, but atm I have noe clue how they are doing it. Was hoping someone migh knew it here, or got any tutorials on how to do it.
