Creating backlinks.

Can anyone give me a little guidance on creating backlinks. I have a nice program that searchs and gives me EDU. and ******** blogs to post on based off my main key word. I'm Looking for some software that will allow me to place the URLs of the blogs in and auto post comments to create backlinks to save a lot of time. Can anyone please guide me in the right direction?
