Creating Backlinks to RSS for extra juice

Hello.

So I am trying something new with the backlinks I have created of which I have read about on here.... I have a list of my backlinks and I have gone to http://www.backlinks2rss.com/ and created them into an RSS.

However, now I am going to a couple of sites to submit the RSS feed and I am confused. The sites I am using to submit are:
http://feedshark.brainbliss.com
http://www.bulkping.com/free-rss-submit-online/

Where it says 'site url' or 'blog url' what do I put? I cannot put my money page right? Also, are they the best sites to use to submit RSS....?
