I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this but I ran across a website that created a Digital Comic Book and was wondering if anyone happens to know what they used to create this content.

That's what I was afraid of. I don't use WordPress due to several of it's issues. Is there a stand alone version... Oh Ya' Thank you BTW...

You can reverse engineering the code...
Retrieve the plugin linked CSS and javascript files and design something close to it
