Creating an LLC with a virtual business address?

Hi guys

So I'm trying to create my first LLC and incfile place online won't accept that my business address is a virtual business address with a real street address.

Has anyone ever heard of this happening? No matter what virtual address I use they won't do it. Anyone ever have that experience before or is this just that site I'm using who is having the issue?

You can either use another company to file your LLC or tey working with Shipitto getting your US address
