Can non-US players make an account for Amazon Affiliate using fake address and receive earning?

Address use for the check, why don't just use your real address
btw, you have to finish the tax information also

Ok. Didn't want to use my real address because the account will be made on the US Amazon. I guess its safe to use non-us address on a US account. For the taxes, I don't live in the US- am I not exempt?
