I've been thinking about affiliate marketing and programs. I've never done that, I'm a developer but I did code earn sharing. You as an affiliate marketer have to find people online and direct them to that specific website so they can spend money and you get the share.
There are physical (like t-shirts, perfumes... ) and virtual products (website subs, ebooks...). I have no idea which is easier to work with from an affiliate marketer's perspective, but from overall perspective, I think that virtual products are easier to handle since the user pays for them and immediately gets them.
What I have is just an idea that I'd like to run by you. Instead of relying on other networks that give you different profit share, would it be worth it to build a network of our own where the split will go in favor of the affiliate marketer? Does that make sense? I'm open for feedback, criticism, pros and cons
