Hello, if i create an account, rotate the 4g proxy, then create a new account will that work or can instagram still detect even if its a fresh cookie, device etc

If you have a fresh device with different fingerprints and different IP, I don't know how IG could possible know it's you.

If you do it with anti-deceit browsers and use proxy, I can say that there is no way it can understand you.

You have to change the device ID after you rotate the IP. That is a very important fingerprint that needs to be altered.

Yeah, rotating 4G proxy helps, but IG can still catch patterns if device/browser fingerprinting isn’t clean. Make sure you fully isolate each session — fresh user agent, cookies, and no leftover cache. Tools like MultiLogin or VM setups can help if you're scaling.
by device? you mean fresh device? In that case what's even left to take care of, you literally will be having a new device.

Instagram will catch you with the fingerprint very easily.
Are you trying to create account in bulk or couple of account for self use ?

avoid fingerprints and use good setup don't use cheap datacenter proxy

you are not clear. if you have fresh device and fresh 4g proxy it will work.
but changing finger print is not called new device. so in that case some times it wont work if you dont have proper setup.
