Creating accounts using TOR

Recently Ive come across a documentary about tor where it hides peoples IP address, would this come in handy when it comes to creating facebook accounts ? Has anyone ever tried this ?

Tor won't work, even some hosting companies block them so..
Private Proxies or VPN's.

i used tor when i was in 4th grade, at the age of 7-8.

First time I heard of it lol

Not only are they abused but are extremely slow..

There are better free alternatives but IMO, I would rather pay for one since the ones you buy have a better success rate in creating accounts.

As for me I've never heard about Tor before.

Don't know how those IPs get blacklisted.

Imagine there are 100 people in the TOR network at a time and 90 of them have setup to have TOR relay, and if all of them have dynamic IPs.

And 50 of them reboot their router every hour for their BH work (say FB Accounts), so for 10 hours around 500 IPs are setup as TOR relays.

You mean all these 500 IPs get blacklisted?

I have use Tor to post pictures but I find it really slow

i also used tor to post in the dating section of gumtree back then and it wasn't yesterday

it's somewhat true what you're saying, ips change after some time in the network, but not that fast how you described, tor doesn't operates like that, people don't reset their routers just to get a new ip and even if they do occasionally - if there's a significant amount of abuse - whole ip ranges/c-blocks even ISPs can get blacklisted, so dynamic ips won't do a thing

Tor ips are mostly blacklisted by most sites.

Like everyone said, you can use them but your accounts won't last, TOR's proxies are overused.

There often seems to be quite a bit of irrational hate on these forums against using tor - while yes slower than an average connection, tor connections certainly aren't orders of magnitudes slower or anything like some people seem to imply; I'd say on average tor is like 25% to 50% the speed of using reliable and private proxies. Still very useful if you can get around the pesky problem of tor exit nodes being so easy to ban.

And as to that issue, a useful trick is to combine tor and proxies: It is generally a lot easier to find free proxy ips that aren't blocked than unblocked tor exit node IPs, but such free proxies often have IP request limiters themselves, but rarely do they outright block tor connections. So it is often perfectly possible to find a few proxies IPs that aren't banned by your target, and hit the hell of out of them with connections routed through rotating tor IPs and then the proxies. This way the proxy doesn't ban you, and the site doesn't ban the proxy (Though of course your connection will likely be rate-limited if you are only hitting from a few proxy IPs with hundreds+ of requests).

That's how I tought tor worked from what it seems its run on some overused blacklisted proxies

Tor network is saturated, go with private proxies.
