Creating a US address and credit card

There are some services I would like to use that need you to have a US credit card and address. Specifically, the Amazon Mechanical Turk. They say their service is not available to anyone outside of the USA.

How can I get around that? Are there services where I rent an address or something? Or should I post a classified ad asking for someone to act as a go between? Anyone actually done this?
