Creating a real (fake) instagram profile

I was wondering how I could create a fake instagram profile. I want it to be a profile (not a novelty account) and in order to do this I need images of a single person. Is there any sort of public domain for images that have numerous images of a single person? I don't want to steal someone's personal images of themselves.
