Creating a new YouTube channel after terminated

Does anyone have experience doing this?

I heard using a different computer/laptop or IP address could avoid a ban.

I have a YouTube channel on my Android device that I created(my channel that was terminated was on my PC and I haven't used or logged in with my PC on this YouTube account)

But I haven't uploaded any videos yet or connected my old adense account. I'm scared it will get terminated once I connect my old adsense account.

I won't be uploading the same videos though.

Normally, If your account terminated, you do not have to change the computer. You can change ip address and browser but in your situation, your terminated account was connected your adsense account, right? This will be problem. The best move in this situation is changing IP address and adsense account.
