What massage did you receive when they ban you.try to avoid that again.

I write to Facebook many times but every times identical response : Your ad account has recently been flagged because of unusual activity. for security reasons, any ads you're running will be paused until you can confirm your account information. contact Facebook.
Now I have one year old account from my friend and need know how to use in good way ?
my plan :
1. New computer, new ip
2. I change old account to my real name
3. I create business manager and add new company
4. I add new CC to business manager

You don't need a new computer, just use a new/different browser, or clear cookies/ do a fresh install of the one you regularly use. You should get a new ip, yes. Having one in your real name would help with the verification process yes. Definitely a new CC. Other than that, re-read their rules, maybe you missed something, you need to know what happened the first time so you don't do it again.

When you say virtual computer, are you referring to vps ?

Erm, and why don't you just do that? Cause you haven't been banned yet.
This may be a dumb question guys but when setting up the new account is there a need to be careful about profile photos?
Obviously I will not put the same photos as the banned account but is it safe to still use photos of yourself with the new account?
My process will be as follow.
1. Setup fresh VM
2. Purchase private proxy close to my billing address
3. Create new FB account using my name with the private proxy.
4. Let the account rest/use it to post in groups and add friends. (I am assuming that it is not safe to add any original friends?)
5. Use new CC to fund Facebook ads account.

Get a new ip use diff name make it on a new device.
If you have a different name how will you handle billing?
