Creating a New FB Ads Account After Ban

I'm about to create a new FB Ads account after my original one got banned. However I have a few questions before I go ahead with buying all the things needed.
According to my logic, all I'd need is to get a new proxy, buy a FB phone verified account and get a VCC. Before I do this I want to clear some things up:

1. Is a new FB PVA enough to create a new ads account? The reason I'm asking this is cause there are people selling 'Facebook Ad Accounts', but isn't that just like a normal account?

2. Would a VCC work with FB? Does it have to be on the same name/address as my new account?

Tips from someone experienced with this would be greatly appreciated.

The account should be atleast 15 days old and it has to be engaged with some real friends and daily activity...

And major of vcc's are rejecting by FB. You may loss your acount. have a try with Paypal
 
^ This guy know what he's saying, no way in hell fb would accept vccs, hell they don't even accept reloadable ccs. And your plan with pva won't work, that's old stuff. FB is really tough these days.
 
Apparently, there are VCC's that work with FB & Bing, you just need to find them. The only reason for FB not allowing VCC, is cause their BIN number is blacklisted due to mass usage for spam intentions. So, all u need to do is find VCC's that FB hasn't blacklisted yet. You see, it's not really the VCC that they block, it's the supplier which is identified by the BIN number. So, obviously, there are lots of unbanned suppliers out there, just need to find them
 
Accounts must be 3 months old, And they have to engage with real friends and daily activity. Thats it . very few country vcc's only working with FB now..

VCC + reloadable ccs works too.

Just don't use the main stream providers (the ones you think every other person is using on fb).

OP, you will need new address, new IP (clear cache / use google incognito) and make the account look as LEGIT as possible.
 
I wonder is it better to use a provider that has many VPN IPs and switch between them or use private proxies and create few accounts from one IP?

BTW is HMA blacklisted on FB?
