Creating a new bing adcenter account

Hello,
Does anyone know by any chance if a name variation will work for example instead of jonathan doe, use john d?
Or does the name have to be the same as the credit card name? Aside from new IP address, billing info, clearing all cookies, and new credit card or debit card.
i my missing something else to creating a new account?

Names do not have to match what is written on the credit cards. It's not possible for bing to see that info. They do check card billing address to see if it matches.
