Creating a local food marketplace

Hi, I have the idea of creating a local marketplace for people to buy and sell locally grown foods, wild berries, and mushrooms.

But I need some suggestions on how to monetize the website. I have the idea but I don't know how to make money from the website, all I got is to charge transaction fees, but it feels like if I do that, people wont use the platform.

Please suggest some ideas, thank you!

Transaction fees are the most common thing, people won't mind them if you provide value for both sellers and customers.

Focus on providing seamless customer experience, good profits for sellers, create content showing the benefits of local grown products.
Later on you could count on ads or memberships for your marketplace.
