Creating a foreign company from Iraq

I'm an Iraqi citizen, I need to upload my apps to Google Play/App Store but the stores don't actually support Iraq. So I need to create a foreign-owned company. I tried Stripe Atlas and got rejected. Later found Iraq is sanctioned by the US. Now I'm trying to find a way to make a foreign LLC which then ill get a DUNS Number for. I need a bank account along with that as well. UK right now is looking like a good option but I'm not sure how to open a bank account. If y'all have some suggestions I'd appreciate it a lot.

P.S: I do have an Iraqi bank account If that helps

You can create one but do see if they support your country. I don't know if Iraq is sanctioned or not and they don't support sanctioned countries.

I can't find anything regarding UK sanctioning Iraq as a whole. I can probably make a UK company and It doesn't cost much. However the problem is the bank account since I want customers to pay for my services I want to have some kind of bank account and I'm completely clueless.

I've looked into Revolut, but I'm not sure how to explain to them that the company is UK-based but the only passport I have is iraqi.
Or it's possible for an Iraqi citizen to create a UK bank account for a UK company?

You can probably look at creating a Wise account for your UK company.

Would it work with Google Play Console so I can wire transfer the money I made to the wise account?

Just chatted with their support and they said that they can't create companies for Iraqi residents but I can do it myself with companies house.

Registering a company yourself could be a problem.

Find a smaller provider / lawyer / Fiverr guy to do it for you, they shouldn't care about your residency.
