Creating a fanbase

Hello guys, hope this message finds you well.

I'm a Musician and I'm here to discuss/ ask you about what would be the best way to invest on creating a fanbase and get my music out there.

Right now my thoughts lay on creating Ad Campaigns on Social media such as Facebook and YouTube.
I'm planning on investing approximately around $3,000.
So what do you think is the best way to promote myself and where will that amount of money get me?

yes if you do some particular kind of music, and you are willing to mix different apect of social media, will work, not only paying ads, but also daily, backstage stuff sort to say, people want to know you also, outside, of the music, will be easier to increase your fanbase, and they will be more reactive

Maybe making an instagram account and share short videoclips of you playing your music. If you want to speed up things (get people to know you quicker), put the account in a bot and start following followers of musicians in your genre and liking their fotos/vids.

Youtube of course. posting on youtube and sharing on social media is the trend right. There is also soundcloud and other sites promoting these

I make electronic music, Trance mainly sometimes(rarely) maybe some Deep or Progressive House.

Though I need help in how and where to advertise with cash, not stuff I can do for free, I already do all those.
Like for example where will it be the best to invest my money at, or, which social media will promote it more widely for that amount of money and that stuff.
