Creating a fake paypal.

Hello,

I'm making a fake name PayPal. I am using a VPN for India and an Indian address.

Will this work, or will they find out?

Clear cookies, use a VPN, and disable webRTC and you should be good to go. And obviously don't try to add the same card, phone, email, etc

Clear cookies, what does that do? And what is web RTC?

If you have some fear then get Dedicated IP of that country whos PayPal acc based of it.

why are you creating Indian PP ? Create USA PP
