Creating a custom hoplink for your websiite member

Hey guys, I currently have a personal website that promote a health product (this is a product from network marketing company)..
The sales is quite good and now I'm looking for a new membership to promote it as well.. (To grow my network as well)

I'm thinking of setting up a custom hoplink for each member so that when they promote the main website & got some leads, the leads will go directly to their email.. So, they'll personally deal with the customer.


Anyone know how to configure this? I tried to search on the net but have no luck finding it...
