Please I want to create a content recommendation website like outbrain, content.ad and the likes. I like the idea of spoutable.com and I am looking at building a similar website that can grow with time to be a major competitor in the industry.
I have a budget around $10k to $15k and I need a professional advice on how to go about this.
I have the money but don't really have an idea how to start manage the business and I am hoping you guys can give me some helpful tips to get started.
