Creating a classified page

Hey guys,

I am planning on creating a classified website. I am not sure what CMS I should use. Since I am only familiar with wordpress, I thought of using WP and this theme:

Or do you guy have other recommandations on type of CMS? Or any examples?

I think you can use that wp theme. Its a good looking one and the features are for classified sites. So,if you gonna mke a classified site i think you can use that wp theme you mentioned. (My opinion)
