Google is in the online hotel and real estate businesses(local listings, maps, directions, etc), so they're gonna be your worst competitor. And they don't play fair. As you can probably tell Google *must* have some deal with Tripadvisor and other partners to list them above any competitor websites.
That's the price to pay until authorities break up the abusive monopoly.

I want to allow people so they can open their own website for it's bussines,so actually Google is not my competitor

OP your last post is even more confusing. You want to let people create websites (something like a hosting company or like blogger ??) or you want to promote apartments and real estates ? Or you will let people create websites only about real estates ? Sorry but I don't understand what you mean.

you mentioned "your own country" so if your own country has a unique language that by itself win get advantage
as google are competing but not in all languages
