I want to create 100 account twitter farm. Has anyone done this before? The accounts will engage with my main account. How can I do this without detection and bans? Also how much would it cost to run 100 account farm?

Why not purchase them, warm Up and working with them? The time you will lose learning to create them, bans... will be more expensive than buy them.
X is so difficult right now.
 
Use aged accounts with mobile proxies, and warmup for a few days.

Twitter is very strict now and you should be careful.
 
The basic set up would be an anti detect browser with rotating residential proxies or static ISP proxies if you have the budget for it. Remember to properly warm the accounts up
 
Anti detect + 4g proxies + aged x accounts
 
The bare minimum you need to create bulk accounts is a decent mobile proxy on top of your preferred anti-detection browser. You should be good from there. Managing and access of each account impacts their longevity of course so keep that in mind.
