Created web2.0 fir Backlink pinging what next

Hello BHW, sorry if I ask alot, I am in a secret journey to acquire 0-40 DA in 3 months, I have achieved 21 so far by buying Backlink services.
Now I want to do things manually.
I have up to 150 links ready, 75% are profile Backlinks.

Now my question;
I created a web2.0 (? On this) = a-url.wordpress.com for indexing my Backlinks.

Now I created a spun post of about 1000 words and enlisted all the Backlinks inside the post and published, what next?
Should I add the site to a search console using another mail and request index frequently when I add more links or should I just leave it as published and wait till it's crawled, or what next do you suggest I do

I have done this and added my weebly indexing account to google search console. If I want to add a new batch, I replace the old one. Also ask google to reindex my site anytime I add a new batch.

There are experts here who say you should never add such weebly and WordPress accounts to google search console and you should not ask for manual indexing. They are 100% correct. In my case my money site is a business site and it does not have any adds or affiliate links. So I have not done by their recommendations

In parallel to this, I use many dummy social media shares of the sites that I want to get indexed. This also works most of the time.

I don't have any ad rather,but will in the future, just a news Site for now, also approved by Google news but regrettably suffering low traffic
