created profile pages / what now?

hey volks.

i created some profile pages on different sites including my link. now i wonder how long it will take for google to evaluate those pages (how the hell would google know about those new profiles anyway?). i assume i have to point to those profiles from a blogpost otherwise google will never find them. am i right? would i then post all my profiles into one single blog post and then ping? how do you do that?

you can ping them
you can bookmark them
you can create as many links to them as possible...

I'm doing it now and I always have pingomatic.com open in a tab. Once I'm done adding my links I drop my profile link into there and ping it. Later tonight I'll dump all of the profile links I created today into BMD and bookmark/ping them again.

you can use icerocket.com and create a free rss feed for your forums and pages profiles. and then, you can submit this feed to many RSS Aggregators.
also, bookmark this feed with many social bookmarking services 2.0 like digg, mixx, mister wong, propeller, jumptags, etc....and also don't forget to ping you feed. i personally use pingomatic and pingler.

that's the way I do, that's the way it worked and works for me....
