A week ago I found an offer 1year domain+ hosting for 0.99/year so I rushed to register.
afterwards I have built my website using wordpress.
my website is mainly a newspaper in English.
Its not listed on Google yet, but it has a very neat design and mobile version.

so after creating my website what do you recommend me to do?

- Create Facebook page/ YouTube/ twitter?
- Apply for Adsense or an alternative?
- Buy SEO package or look into social media offers?

I would appreciate all possible guidance.

You'll either need to read up lots on the techniques of SEO or you can outsource it and hire a pro from the marketplace here.

I'd surely create a facebook page and twitter account first thing.

Here are my suggestions. Get a facebook, twitter, and pinterest to go along with your site. Share your news stories on them. Interact on twitter and not just post links. When you interact, you are building up a following of people who actually pay attention to you. Converse with them like you are in a room with them. Make friends. Twitter can be valuable if used right. Get adsense for your site. Put an addthis button on every page of your site so it is easy for people to share your items. Open up comments so people can comment on your news stories.

Do all of the above, for free options, social media is a must. Google plus is obviously best for ranking with Google, then I'm sure the amount of interactivity on other sites helps too. Ad Sense and Analytics seems like a logical move and consider getting some niche specific ads to go on your site.

In terms of paying for SEO, just have a look in the marketplace and pick someone with good reviews. It won't happen overnight, in fact it could take 6-9 months before you see anything substantial come from your website. Just don't give up and follow the tons of advice on here and you should be fine. All takes time and patience. You will get out what you put in.

in case i wish to add a shop section to my website.
is there a good alternative to paypal? if not are stealth account safe enough?

Definitely start by making a Facebook/Twitter account and share your website's content through those. Over time, as you build a fanbase, traffic will increase. Only at that point would I bother with SEO services. Basically, you want to have content first.
