Created a subdomain but it keeps giving me this message:

I watched multiple YouTube videos on people making subdomains through cPanel and they just made the domain, one-click installed WP and it was up in 3 seconds.

I did the same but I'm getting this message. Is there some sort of delay to propagate the subdomain or is something wrong here?

Can you confirm if its a subdomain or domain addon? With the little information you provided, cant really help you. You might want to reach out to your webhosting support.

It's a subdomain. Like "subdomain.example.com".

have you not asked your web host? It could be the hosting plan that you are on doesn't allow sub domains.

You're using cpanel?

Is the domain pointed to your hosts using nameservers or A record?

Figured it out

I'm stupid. I was using Cloudflare so I had to go into Cloudflare and point the subdomain... I used CNAME instead of A record (I have no idea what I'm talking about but it worked).

Created a subdomain but it keeps giving me this message:
