We do have some rules though:
No illegal content. his includes Child Pornography, bestiality, rape, torture, snuff, death and/or any other type of obscene and/or illegal material shall not be tolerated by TheXXXFolder.



Basics:
This is all based on wordpress, so you'll have to get familiar with wordpress.
If you have any questions, or need help feel free to pm me or leave a reply in the thread. I'll try to answer as much questions as I can.


INFO:
You cannot remove the advertisement under the photo and the advertisement in the right sidebar. This is what allows us to pay for hosting and keeps us running.

You can however place your own ads in the actual post html, and you can edit your widgets and place your own ad in the left sidebar.

Yes this is similar to tumblr and blogspot. But it's wordpress based. And it's a bit different, tumblr bans blogs constantly.

For example thexxxfolder.tumblr.com was banned. I did nothing wrong with that blog, I did not use bots, and did not post illegal content, but we still got banned.
With this I won't be banning blogs unless if they post illegal content.


As for how to make money do NOT place google adsence on the blog. You can register to http://www.juicyads.com/index.php or http://www.plugrush.com/?ref=6642 and create an advertisement.

Definitely don't use google adsense. Your adsense account will get banned.

Yes. When you register your blog it asks you if you would like Google to index it. Simply tick yes and your blog will be visible to Google and it will rank. Your blog can get it's own PR as well.

It's pretty much like blogger or tumblr, those blogs can rank, so can ours.


Making money there's a lot you can do. You can place your own ads in the sidebars, you can place ads into the actual post. You can use imagetwist/****** or similar services. You can link to cam websites/affiliates/adult friend finder.

So ads and affiliate links.

There are 2 default ads I placed.(These ads cannot be edited.) 1 in the right sidebar, and 1 under each photo or video in between the photo/video and "related galleries"

Other then that the rest is up to you.

Setting up the blog is pretty easy,

After registering you'll need to pick a theme. Go into appearance and choose a theme: The themes that say Photo are photo galleries, and the ones that say video are deigned for video galleries.


Here you can edit your pages: With pages you can either create your own page or link to a page. If you want to link to a page/affilate link simply click on "an alternate url" in the "page links to" widget.


And here you can edit your left and right sidebar:


You can add advertisements, or different widgets.


Also you can go into settings, and change your blog title and blog tagline. You can also choose how much phoots will apear on on the home page. For example thexxxfolder.com has 16 photos on the page. You can make it as long as you want.

You should add more themes. I'm not satisfied with the current themes. Like for actually blogging text based themes.

This seems perfect until this point. So you mean the ad under the photo/vid and the plugrush ad from the right?? Well dude, c'mon. I mean yeah, I got your point, to help you out with hosting and such, but you should DEFINITELY give the option for us to pay a certain fee so that we can use have it without ads. I mean I like the platform, no need for me to hassle with the hosting and legal stuff, and it's also wordpress, piece of cake. But I think that it's a must that makes the difference, that you should implement this option, so that we can pay a certain fee like for to go PRO ~ and use it without ads.

I would go for it only if a certain option would be available. I can't invest much time and money in a site where the 2 of the most important locations for banners, are not mine. It's like I would lose 70% of the profits or more. But again, I told you, I understand and I agree that you need to do that. However, think about my suggestion. Some would pay just to have they site, a some sort of white label porn site.

I completely understand.
I'm not sure if making an option to remove ads for a certain blog is an option because these blogs are a network. Meaning the themes are identical for everyone. The plugins used are identical for everyone.(If I edit one theme, they all get edited.) It is possible for me to remove the ads for all of the themes. But then there would be nothing for me. I could simply make it a pay to use service, and you get an ad free website to yourself. But I don't want that. I want this to be open for anyone, for free.

I understand the ads are annoying, but there are still several ad places. You gotta think outside the box.


Here i'll show you an example.


So yea, you can have all those ads and more depending on how creative you are.

This is for people that don't want to purchase hosting/set everything up, but still want to run an adult photo/video blog. I wish I could go ad free, but so far, ads are the only thing that come to mind when running this.

I hope you understand. I want to try to improve this as much as I can. I'm going to add more themes soon.

I have just updated the social network auto poster plugin.


You can now go into plugins, activate the social auto poster plugin.
You can add Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Blogger/Blogspot, Delicious accounts.
Each time you post something on the wordpress blog, your social accounts will automatically be updated.

Don't get me wrong, I love what you are doing. For example I have a porn domain name that is simply redirected to some 'shitty' adult affiliate link. And I have some small traffic coming out from watermarked vids I did in the past to test the waters.

So here's why I think that what you are doing is a great contribution to everyone starting up in the adult niche. Or not necessarily starting up, but here's why: I would def. choose to use your platform, with free adult hosting and support your ads and as well put a few of mines FOR a new site on which I am building traffic let's say from 0 up to several thousands a day,RATHER than paying lots of money for an adult hosting and wait who knows how much time until my site gets to a few thousands UV per day. I'm talking in general, not just about me, as I just realized why this is good

And I mean, after we set up our new sites, and promote them slowly or faster, depending on what we are doing, we don't have to pay nothing until our new baby sites becomes adult, in terms of a site with lot UV per day. So ONLY then it would be profitable for us to move out to our own hosting and such

So basically it's the same principle, or similar to the story where people uses a PPD network where they lose profits on the middlemen, instead of going straight with their own content locker and CPA networks. So there's no point in spending lots of money when you start developing something, and only when you see it succesful, then it's the time to move

Yeah Tumblr allows porn and other adult content. I've never played in the adult arena (pardon the pun) but I know that a lot of folks can make decent commissions from reviewing other sites and of course linking to them. Might want to look into it.

Currently you cannot use your own domain. I plan to add that ASAP.
It's definitely something i'm going to implement.

I just haven't had time yet.
