You will need:
1. Accounts
2. Proxies
3. Rent a server or multiple ones
4. Custom API
5. Custom bot or automated mobile phones farm
Start with trying to create hundreds of accounts and making them live long enough to bring you profit via simple likes/follows/etc., if you can get past this point, you can go further. But without coding knowledge and automation experience you won't be able to pull it off.
