I use to do this a year ago now it doesn't work anymore. After sometime, they lock your account and ask for mobile verification.

its an old method man, google will ask for phone verification after some time.
The trick of clearing data at Google services framework does not really work in Bluestacks since it still gives me an error & all the previous accounts are still stored in Bluestacks (I don't know whether that is a problem though). Any way to resolve this issue?

Indeed it is still working, and using the Macros recorder can pretty much automate it. I have had problems with bluestacks as well, but a workaround is using new virtual machines cloned from a completely blank bluestacks install. This way when one burns out you can just fire up the next clone. Be sure to always keep your original UNCHANGED. In this scenario one can always delete a VM after accounts have been created to free up harddrive space for the next clone.

Exactly what davers said. Workaround with cloning virtual machines will resolve bluestacks error issues, and that's easy to implement too.
