This would work only on desktops:

You need to have a dynamic IP or connect your 4g to get a new IP every time.

1. Download the CCleaner application.
2. Select on custom clean and select browser data and DNS cache.
3. Clear it.
4. Now, when you create a new Gmail account, it should not ask for any OTP verification.

Usually you're only able to create 5 accounts on a machine before Gmail starts asking for your phone number, but I've created a lot more using this method.

ehm does your ISP provide you with a dynamic IP or static one , cuz if its the second one you still might get flagged

Not so effective ..Getting flag ip is nasty so i would skip this . Anyway i been doing this just without knowing

And if you log in from any other IP, Gmail will as you to phone verify.
