PVA is the abbreviation of "Facebook phone verified accounts" Actually this term was used commonly by blackhat Facebook marketers in the past, and you can't find this word even on Facebook terminology because there is no direct references on the term "PVA" or Phone Verified Accounts. We the companies that create and sell these accounts use the abbreviation to describe the product.Instead, it uses more generic language such as "verify your cell phone."
