Create TikTok accs from Web Browser w/ 4G Mobile Proxy

So from my understanding TikTok will give you the geo audience/views from the location where the acc has been registered and/or using the IP.

My question is, is it possible to register an account in the web browser using a US 4G mobile proxy and then uploading content? The goal is to get views from the US.
Or will I need to create the acc on an actual phone?

Buying them phone verified is also an option of course...

if you post from your phone it will be on the phones location which is based on the simcard offline data. dunno how it is if you have a fresh phone without sim. VPNs wont let you target other locations, geo is just from simcard/appstore as far as i know
 
Using 4g proxy for each acc is too expensive, just use a normal public vpn and make them on the phone device.

Is there any way to emulate this on a VM? Bluestacks?
 
Sure. Except that tiktok - recognizes use from the emulator. The web version is slightly better for this.
 
So the web version+ US IP works to reach a US audience?
 
So is web brower + 4g proxy working? Doesn't tiktok think it's strange that a PC browser using mobile internet?
 
Mobile proxies are a great a start as any, I’d say. Considering TikTok can tell if you’re on an actual device or an emulator, they may have workarounds for VPNs on that purpose.
In any case, that bit about the web version being better for this job is interesting. Can’t Chrome simulate mobile devices? Any merit on that or is it just going emulator but with extra steps?
 
Just buy an account in the location that you want. Buying accounts is easier.

This can be easily done using the browser's anti-detection
 
yes you can , but the problem is web version of tiktok is limited , you cant change the account to business account and you cant change the main profile photo and you cant also choose a music for that video which considered a very important thing to get more traffic
