i wanted to know how much it would charge me for a custom website created like this. i dont need any crazy customiztions just simple text chagne etc. which i can manage , i just need the sales page done like this.

how much would you want for something like this and how much is a fair price. Keep in mind fiverr is full of these crap templates and such but i want a clean service that can provide a close replica to this.
