create the PPS and RevShare partner programs

Hi everybody,

Some time ago I found discussion on this form about differences between PPS and RevShare partner programs. That's why I think it is possible that I can find here someone who can create one or both of these programs.
Does anyone to know, how much cost to make each of these partner programs and would be interested to create it?
