Create text-based youtube videos - what software used?

Hi everyone!

I wonder what is the software used in creating this type of text-based videos. And where to get nice background sound tracks. (Notice the snow effect)

its most likely an overlay made from stock website, (snow effect thingy.)
but for text based videos he made it from one of three, sony vegas pro (don't recommend, known for its crashes without time given.)
after effects (recommend)
adobe premiere pro (less recommended from after effects) but most likely made from this in the video.

the possibility are endless, there are so many editing applications today, these are what I think could've been used.

You can give a try : Davinci Resolve (Mac/WIndows), iMovie (Mac), ShortCut (Mac/Windows), VideoBlend (Mac), MovieMator (Mac), Lightworks (Mac/Windows), OpenShot (Mac/Windows), AvidEmux (Mac/Windows), etc. All these software are free without limitations you can use it to achieve every kind of video editing...

Take some green effect video with snow falling from yyoutube n remove greenscreen and add overlay bg.
Simple TExt moving effect, even it can be created with time delay.
Perfectly can be created with camtasia.. no need for After effects

yes but camtasia is worse and thats factual.
