Create second website in same niche and use the same PBN?

Hi,

so I am in a very profitable niche making a lot of money with one website. Most of the links come from my own PBN that only links to this one website (and authority websites).

Would it be wise to have a second website in the same niche and then link to it from the same PBN?
Advantages:

• hopefully more conversions/money
• I can approach the same niche with the second website from a bit different angle or specialize it to the keywords from the niche where I dont have good positions

Disadvantages:

• bigger footprint (can be masked though)
• higher OBL - this is the main concern for me. Would it cannibalize the positions of the first website because of the higher OBL?

Possible problem - how to link from the existing to PBN to the new website? Use the existing content, just add more paragraphs and add the link in there? Or add another article to the PBN with a link to the new website but risk Keyword Cannibalization (now I would have 2 articles with very similar content on every PBN? Most of the articles are written about the Niche in general)

Oh and something else - I will be buying guest posts right now for my money site. Would it be wise to include the second website in it too? It would be cheaper this way, but with a higher OBL...

Your thoughts? Has anyone tried something like this?

It depends on several factors, including how you'll monetize. If you use adsense on both, that'd be a major lightning rod. Just one example.

You can use one PBN for several projects but it depends on whether the search engines can link the projects back to you somehow. If they do then the PBN is gone.

No adsense, just affiliate links.

I know that I can use it for multiple projects, but would be great to know the ROI of this. Perhaps someone have done this?

you can use the same PBN if they have low OBL and good DA and low spam links. will not occur any major issues

Meh. It's doable, considering the money sites are within the same niche. A lot depends on how strong your PBN is. If you were to add a second money site link, you also need to add some other random OBL and that might lower the strength of the PBN network.

Also, you are one way or the other, putting all your eggs into one basket. Even though you might get away with this without any issues, I still personally prefer not to do any compromise when it comes to PBNs and linking to money sites.

Al in all, it's not a catastrophic idea or anything, but my personal preference would be different.
