I applied first site for adsense. It got rejected. I want to apply on second website now. Unable to apply on same account.
So can i create another adsense account for apply for second website?

You should be able to apply on second account. What error is it showing?

Yes, but leaving footprints can lead both accounts being banned. (or marked in your case)

There is no option to add another site. Only showing Resubmit option. What to do?

I'm in the same situation as you, I've reapplied three or four times, and it's still the same.

Yes, you can create a second AdSense account if you need to.

the best thing is to try to create a new adsense on a different google profile, and by good that the google account would be warmed up, with imitation of human activity.

Also use clean proxies and anti-detect browsers for this purpose.

use your friend , mother , father , sister , brothers' name n make some twist into the address ,
Use any other mobile and use their mobile data and apply for that,
Mostly it takes new IP and will approve.
